Trust featured in “Our Home – 90 years at Carrow Road” publication

Norwich City’s first ever competitive match at Carrow Road was played on 31 August 1935.

City beat West Ham United 4-3 in a 2nd division fixture and Doug Lochhead scored the first ever goal at the new stadium in front of 29,799 fans.

Archant have published a new magazine that celebrates the 90 years that Norwich City have now played at Carrow Road.

The 120 page magazine includes a range of stories recalling some of the most historic moments at the Canaries home ground since that very first match against West Ham.

Included within the numerous articles is a 4 page feature on the work of The Norwich City Football Club Historical Trust and the plans to establish a museum in the future.

You can order a copy of the magazine here.
